The TOS is present as an agreement between you and me. It is important to read it before taking any commission with me. By taking a commission with me, you accept this TOS!

PAYMENT

I accept Paypal ONLY

I do not accept any other payment method and i don't payment plan

I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been approved !

I start my work ONLY after full payment

WORK

You can change your mind before the sketch is done but not after validation.

I always send a sketch when I take care of your order! If I haven't sent you a sketch, your order hasn't started ( excepted for Sketch Color )

The ordering time varies according to my private life, I like spending a little time on an order like taking a long time to start it !

I will always keep you informed if I have any concerns that may take time to place your order. I have no time limit due to my private life

Give me as much information as possible! with pictures, descriptions, sketches etc. I would not make any major modification on the sketch, I can make small modifications like the expression, the position, the hands !

But if I make a mistake on your marking or forgot a piercing let me know

If there are several characters, I send the Wip to the person who ordered me

Before payment I am authorized to refuse a project if it is too complicated for me or for other reasons (which may be personal)

ONE KIND IN MIND

English is not my original language (I am French) so be clear in your descriptions !

Don't spam me EVERY DAY to find out when your commission starts! be patient ( But if you want to give me more details for the commission do not hesitate. )

Obviously you cannot post the sketch on the internet. He is there to see the changes to be made with you and modifications

It is also forbidden to use a sketch to retrace it

I really like artistic freedom! I also like to draw and imagine monsters. However, there are equines that I don't like to draw

It is possible to request a design with my fursona but I do not always accept an NSFW design with it

AFTER WORK

I'll use my art to do merchandising, if you don't want your art to be used so let me know.

I always publish my commissions on the internet but if you want to keep the art private please let me know too

You can use your commission for any type: Icon, twitch banner | Twitter | Youtube, discord emoji, wallpaper etc.

You may not sell the image I produced even if the character (s) belong to you; it's for non-commercial use excepted for a for the people you want to sell! In this case, please let me know

Remember to credit me when you post the image !

You may not claim the image I produced is made by you.

You are not allowed to use or reproduce my artworks in ANY commercial use BUT we can negociate it . This includes prints.
